Looking to get the lyrics for a song off the End of Evangelion soundtrack.

"Emergency Evacuation to Regression" (退行への緊急避難, Taikō he no Kinkyūhinan)

There is a short segment of lyrics starting between 2:12 and going till end. It sounds english. If I had some type of software to speed it up I might be able to make it out, but I was hoping someone might already have the lyrics.

The song on this page isn't from the EoE soundtrack, and it's spoken by a guy instead of being sung by a chorus, but it has exactly the same lyrics as the song you mentioned.
