Default Gundam SEED Destiny - Eden of Necessity

    http://www.animelyrics.com/anime/gun...fnecessity.htm

    低い軌道で希望が昇る 闇と影が落ちる
    語り継ぐ者 口つぐむ者 悲しみに朽ち果てる者
    あどけないふりしたこの世界の群れから離れ
    一人立ち止まることなどできない運命でも......

    >The lower orbit of a desire rises, darkness and shadow fall
    >Transmit this person's mouth, close this person's mouth, the sadness of this person rots away
    >The crowds leave from the world, innocent and shaking
    >One person stops things among other things, even with an impossible destiny

In a low orbit, hope rises; darkness and shadows fall
Those who speak, those who stay silent, those who wither away in sadness
Pretending innocence, I distance myself from the crowds of this world
Though I'm fated not to be able to stand alone...

希望 is hope, not desire. To "transmit one's mouth" is not so much wrong as it is translatorese of the worst kind; "to speak" is a more sensible translation for "語り継ぐ". The translator's mistaken the ふり in ふりした for 振り, which it couldn't be in this context. The speaker is also the one leaving. The last line has just been really weirdly parsed -- the individual words haven't been misinterpreted, but the grammar's been sort of disregarded.

    失う事で得るものはもう痛みに満ちていて
    分け合う事で少し眠れる夜が来るのは気付いてる
    例えばそんなにも秩序のない時間の中で
    ひたすらに迷うことなく存在する未来

    >Losing things and getting people who are already full of pain
    >By sharing small things, you can sleep at night and become more aware
    >For example if this system didn't have time inside
    >Nothing but cries of hard things will exist in the future

The thing I gained by losing something is already full of pain
I'm realizing that a night is coming where we can share and sleep a little
If, for instance, in a time so devoid of order
There's a future where we can live singlemindedly without getting lost

Second line is weirdly parsed again. 秩序のない時間 is a time without order, not an order/system without time. I have no idea where the last line is coming from at all, except that なく seems to have been mistaken for 鳴く or 泣く.

ETA: Oops, forgot to attach my translation.
