My name's michael, and my japanese name is Maikeru. It's spelled how it sounds.
However, for a change of pace, I entered in another name - The name of my crush. And her japanese name is Jeido. I made a flashy banner
My REAL name is Lissa. But....it says my name is not in the database ~_~

That's okay we'll make it through

My real name is Letecia, but, as expected, its not in the database. The closest thing that have to my name is "Leticia" (again, as expected), however 1) I do not like substituting that spelling for the one I have and 2) the pronunciation, and therefore the Japanese pronunciation and spelling, is wrong, at least when it comes to my name (in fact, I notice that a few people have mispronounced names).
My name is pronounced "Lay-tee-cee-a", so in Japanese it would be レチシア("rechishia", as there is technically no "ti" sound in Japanese).
My last name, Jung (when it comes to it being in Japanese), is slightly more complicated (depending on whether I use it in Japan and why). In katakana, its simply ジュング ("jungu"). However, because my last name is also a very popular Korean surname (written as 정 in Hangul), using my name on Japanese documents has been...weird. I don't use Hangul since I am American but some Japanese have recognized that "Jung" is Korean and I have an interesting time convincing them that my name is correct, since I am Black and, with the exception of my eyes, don't look like someone who should have a Korean last name (people usually don't make an Asian connection until they see both my eyes AND my last name).
