希望 is hope, not desire. To "transmit one's mouth" is not so much wrong as it is translatorese of the worst kind; "to speak" is a more sensible translation for "語り継ぐ". The translator's mistaken the ふり in ふりした for 振り, which it couldn't be in this context. The speaker is also the one leaving. The last line has just been really weirdly parsed -- the individual words haven't been misinterpreted, but the grammar's been sort of disregarded.

失う事で得るものはもう痛みに満ちていて
分け合う事で少し眠れる夜が来るのは気付いてる
例えばそんなにも秩序のない時間の中で
ひたすらに迷うことなく存在する未来

Second line is weirdly parsed again. 秩序のない時間 is a time without order, not an order/system without time. I have no idea where the last line is coming from at all, except that なく seems to have been mistaken for 鳴く or 泣く.
