Thanksgiving!

So Thanksgiving is coming up soon and I was wondering what you guys are gonna do for Thanksgiving, or if you already had Thanksgiving what did you do for it?. I'll be going up to a meeting hall around noon and our whole family is gonna have it there. I plan on having plenty of turkey =D

I'm going to eat the works.

Turkey / Stuffing / Mashed Potatoes / Green Beans / Cranberry Sauce. I'll also probably have family over and that's pretty much it.

Seen as we don't celebrate the holiday here Ill be working on projects for college as most of my assignments are due for the 27th.

We will have a traditional dinner like always. Only this year will be smaller since a few relatives have moved out of state and will not be flying in for the holidays.

I will be glad when Thanksgiving passes. Then it's the REAL Christmas time. I LOVE Christmas!!!

The office is closed that day and Friday, so I'll be making dinner (roasted turkey, ham, deviled eggs, pecan and pumpkin pie, rolls, green bean casserole, and oven-roasted potatoes with dill and garlic) with my sister for the kids, my fiance and my folks. Yay cooking!

I plan on not spending anytime with my family this year, considering how many times I've cried and went emo at times due to them. I really don't like my family anymore.

Hmm.. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here where I live. But anyways, I hope you guys enjoy your Thanksgiving. =)

And BTW, I turkey is delicious!

Considering the economy, it will be the largest amount of food we will have eaten in a very long time.

Also, we get ham instead of turkey.

Every Thanksgiving me and my family go to my Grandmother's house and have a feast.
(well...everytime I go to my Grandma's house we have a feast. XDD)

Im gonna eat, write a love letter to Gong Li, watch the inevitable family drama I hope there are a few fights, play with my daughter, probably get drunk, my AA group will be so pleased. then pack up my stuff and go back to NC

My (Mom's side) Grandmother is going to get a caterter (with like 4 turkey's and like pounds and pounds of other food!) and Donate at least half of the food to the homeless in her community, On thanksgiving day. But My (Dad's side) Grandmother is going to make it (the whole dinner!) herself, like when she used to do in her early year's for the whole family (like 8 people) the day before Thanksgiving. Sooo yeah I'm going to both, and at both I know I'am going to be stuffed for a least a week....

We are christians so we take a holiday like this pretty seriously. The upcoming holiday after this even more. I can't wait....

I'll be spending my thanksgiving around a bunch of anorexic people, and stuff myself full of turkey and other assorted foods; they can't resist that. Or I'll just spend the whole day in the basement playing my Wii as usual...
