Nope i wouldn't make the deal. Half of your life spawn gone and after you use death note no heaven or hell.

I'am rewatching the death note at moment last 3 ep ^^ If that's true about death note then i would use it and have fun with it :P

If you are going to punish criminals then its best to stick around for a long time.

No I wouldn't. There is no L in real life and these so called 'detectives' here are good for nothing. Why need the eye when you're not in danger? Plus nobody hides their name in real life.

Not really. I treasure my life so much. I'm so blessed to have been given a chance to experience living. And besides, I wouldn't want to have a death note. I think I would feel as if my life or soul is stained. This is my opinion, I hope I don't offend anyone. I do love the anime though.

But I wouldn't make the Eye Deal,my life is the most precious thing that I have and giving up half of them is not pleasent
Btw I also wouldn't want a Death Note 'cause, exactly as you said, I think my conscience would be pretty stained and ripped apart if I used it, that kind of power is not for man to use, we're too weak

No, I would not. I just simply don't want my lifespan shortened. It would be easier just to find out the names of those you're going to kill, rather than chopping your remaining life span in half.
