Who wants some Moon Water?

I know, it's not the very first discovery ever of water on the moon, but I found it interesting, at least.

Since man first touched the moon and brought pieces of it back to Earth, scientists have thought that the lunar surface was bone dry. But new observations from three different spacecraft have put this notion to rest with what has been called "unambiguous evidence" of water across the surface of the moon.

The moon remains drier than any desert on Earth, but the water is said to exist on the moon in very small quantities. One ton of the top layer of the lunar surface would hold about 32 ounces of water, researchers said.

I don't know if I want any moon water. Water on the moon is bound to be pretty heavily irradiated, and as such, have a decent concentration of heavy and super-heavy water.

That junk is radioactive, and has not nearly enough trouble entering your body / cells for comfort.

What would that be? It doesn't seem to go into which hydrogen isotopes the water is composed of at all.

Well, at least they said it could be used for drinking, that's all I need to know. If I was a kid, I'd want to be an astronaut right now.

I read it as "water -in general- is good for drinking, as well as (the other usages)". Furthermore, since they would need to filter the water from the other crud on the moon anyway, it's possible they implicitly meant stripping it of heavy water and whatnot, before drinking it.

My family doesn't think they even landed on the moon ~.~ My father went as far to say that the missile was shot up there to destroy an alien base.

.... I read an article about this. They say "getting close to a lunar base.." Because of this new finding. Hasn't anyone read what they are saying themselves... "Frozen water" ....What good is frozen water? Summer doesn't come there it's not like it's going to melt in a few months.

... because there's no way we could melt the water. We've been researching methods of creating warmth for the last 100,000 years, but alas, to no avail.

I noticed that Eris always tries to think about everything logically and that he always explains something in scientist logic .
Well since I have no logic at all(True) I would drink moon water, because it would seem interesting for me. And the title sends shivers all over the body "Moon water".. Just so beautiful
