Kimi ni Todoke ~ Tulips and Skies

Anyway, it's been some time since I last posted here... >>; The character's line art and basic colors were first vectored in Adobe Illustrator CS4. Then it was ported over to Photoshop CS4 for painting. I was hoping for a watercolor kind of effect in her hair. The tulips were painted by hand using a WACOM tablet with the help of a reference picture. I didn't use any references for the sky.
