A New Forum Or Subforumat Af,japanese Culture

we are looking for people who are interested in japanese culture in order to make a new forum or section.
we want to know i there are more than 3 persons who are interested in japanese culture, history, etc, not anime and manga(in that section or forum)

I'm Confused, you already posted a thread about this before and people could of just replied on that thread if they were interested. What was the point of a second?

Regardless of whether or not there's a point of making a second thread, I second the idea of making that forum.

If those interested in Japanese culture had made threads about it in Misc or PtP, then the administrators would know how many people are interested and could then determine if it warrants a new section. No point making a new section if it's going to be the same 3 people making threads that get less than 10 replies."
