When I was a kid? Cobra Commander and Destro. I'm torn between napkin head Cobra Commander and the mirror helmet. I think the one in my avatar is best, but I don't remember him wearing anything but blue back then.

Hrmm...Zorach from Space Ghost, Joker and Harley Quinn, Evil Killer Robot Batman, Xanatos from Gargoyles [how can he not be awesome? He's secretly Commander Riker, if I recall..even kinda looks like him]

Hmm...well, I didn't have cable in my house until I was 7, so the only time I really watched cartoons was at someone's house. So I can't remember too many cartoon villains (well, I do, but I wouldn't classify them as my favorite ones).

If cartoon movies count, my favorite villain would be Maleficent. I just love her. Even now, when I watch Sleeping Beauty at the age of 19, I can't help but enjoy her elegant evilness.
