Beyond this, there is a lot of talk. But before action can be taken on such a large scale as to effect the entire country, there needs
to be a lot of talk, so all the possibilities and causes and effects can be laid out and a decision made as to what the proper direction to go is. I think that 11 months to discuss such things as a country is not enough for many of these. One cannot just wave a pen the day they are inaugurated, and accomplish everything they idealize without first discussing it with the remainder of the government and the people, and without obtaining information related to and such reforms.
