Ok, in photoshop, take the render layer (You should have it on a separate layer, if not, just make a new project so you can see what I mean), hit the button for duplicate, then on the duplicated layer, go to the top(Where file and edit, and all that stuff is), and go to filters, blur, gassian blur, then set the top slider to about 10-12. Then click on mode(I don't know excactly where it is in photoshop, but it should be with your layers on the right) and on the drop down menu, hit overlay.
I can't explain this as well since I don't use ps, but it should be close enough. If you can't get this, I'll go and find a link for a ps tut that explains this better.
Edit: Ok, I went and did something real quick so I could show you what it should look like.
Ok, here is a render.

Now if you duplicate it, and then gassian blur it, it should look like this.

Then just overlay the duplicated layer(The blurred one) and it looks like this.

See how it gives it that glow effect? You can also experemint with the different layer effects, depending on what kind of sig your making. Hope this helps!
