Who can tell me what region these DC games are?

Take a look at this picture, I'm not very good with Dreamcast but I know that

-PAL games Has a thick blue case and a pic separate from the manual and age rating in numbers

-NTSC games has normal cases, transperant from the side with the dreamcast logo verticaly writen and a white space on the left side forming a semilunar circle (for later games it became black and the DC logo moved to the right a bit) and the manual forms the cover, ESRB rating displayed (letters not numbers)

-Japanese games has a normal case, white from the side and the dreamcast logo drawn in the upper right corner, manual forms game's cover.

However, take a look at this pic that has Sonic adventure and Soul Calibur, they don't seem to me NTSC, PAL or NTSC/J for the following reasons:

Blue from the side of the case, but a thin case so it can't be PAL
Manual separate from cover so it can't be NTSC
No age rating displayed what so ever (no number or letter)

What are these? are they originals or very good fakes? what region are they?

Any dreamcast expert, answer please.
