Grave of the Fireflies, GunBuster, and Rumbling Hearts made me cry....Actually, there's alot of anime that has made me cry. I'm a baby.

"Remember's I say's it out of LOVE!!"
wolf's rain, Pokemon the 1st movie, and Blood+
I just watched FMA: The Conqueror of Shamballa and the ending was pretty sad, didn't quite get me crying, but almost did.
It was a very moving ending. Though I almost shed tears of joy when Mustang comes back into full mustang owning mode - a happy moment!
For me, the only one - weirdly - was azumanga daioh. Similar I think to Ouran high school host club - the ending of the series and the leaving of characters you grow very close too. Also the familiar 'graduation blues' - for some reason I really felt them!
On that day, all female personelle under my command will be required to wear... Tiny Miniskirts!!!
Death Note, Code Geass and Toki o kakeru Shoujo.
できねぇ時?
そん時ゃ諸共心中だよ
I forgot one.
Naruto the end of Lee vs Garra,
I cry in nearly every anime I watch.
The most notable being Speed Grapher, and BoogiePop Phantom.
Things that have to do with the world and societies problems that invole everyone seem to have more of an effect on me than interpersonal issues do.
The Brighter the Light the Darker the Shadow
Death Note*
Ergo Proxy**
Elven Lied*** (and I'm only on episode 4 0_0)
One Piece****

When Raul Creed died, I was majorly crying.
***When that one guy who worked at the laboratory for the devil girls killed his own daughter after she would do anything for him =/
****When the gang is sailing away without Princess Vivi, and she asks if they return, if they'll still call her Nakama.

I've made it a goal to find animes that can make me cry
but so far the only ones to actually make my cry are Full Moon wo Sagashite
and Kimi ga Nozomu Eien
5 Centimeters per Second always makes me cry.
The only time I remember getting misty eyed over an anime was when I watched Fushigi Yûgi years ago. The very finale of the tv series, which was suprising because I am not a romantic at all!!
Air, it just has some really sad moments. Including at the end. Although I've never cried because of an anime. I just felt real touchy, ya know?
I would state why its sad, but if you watch the first 7 episodes of it. (a little less than 3 hours of your time, if I'm right), then you should see why.
That, or look on a site like Wikipedia
I cried when Lelouch offer his life for the sake of the whole country..
I also cried in Skip Beat when kyoko was dumped by sho.
Uhh, cry on Elfen Lied, on episode four? hmm, which part? Is that when Nana engaged Lucy?
well, Zeke, you don't know Elfen Lied? hmm, well, check out the first episode of it. It's the most gruesome and gory anime I have ever seen. People's body parts are literally flying around...even internal organs...
I cried watching Kanon 2006. I cried on Shiori's arc. Coz I can sympathize with Yuichi since it also happened to me in the past.
I also kinda cried in Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (in english, "the eternity you desire"), the alternate title of it is "Rumbling Hearts."
"WHY SUZUMIYA!?"
Truth is a thing which only appears to those who have observed, considered, and made a choice. At the end of the path you chose lies the truth...Believe in it and continue without faltering.
