Byakuya ( well, expect the "pink" part). Calm, collective, loyal, logical.
Ichigo ( got two beasts inside ) Cheerful, ambitious, ... sometimes burning with hesitation.
Greemjow ( too greedy, like me ) Agressive, illogical
Ulquiorra ( too prideful, I am also ) Calm, cool, logical

Kenpachi Zaraki- He is brutal strength at it's finest and all he really seeks is someone to challange his strength. Also the only Captain who can't use Bankai really talks about his power
Toshiro Hitsugaya- The youngest captain and a true prodigy. He is not only powerful but also is able to think his way through things.
Nel (adult form) - I liked Nel in her adult form due her power grace and aglitity
