My first sig with cs3

hey guys i installed cs3 and created this sig. im tryin to get better so some tips and suggestions and what im doing wrong would be really nice! thanks everyone hope you like it!

I like it so far, but If I was you I wouldn't shadow the font like you did. And maybe I would of made the background a different color like red or something so it matches well.

What Novak said about the shadow is right, but the background is very good. I don't think you should change it at all. The red clothing on the gray background really suit each other.

HINT: If you don't want to remove the shadow, you can use a better idea: Just move it a little bit up until it becomes almost hidden behind the text.

alright thanks for the advice but personally i like the drop shawdow oh well guess its just me the one set as my sig was the 2nd one i made idk which i like better but yeah thanks for the cc
