I don't know if this is the right spot to post this but i was wondering if their was a spot or section where you could argue on a topic or do something like a debate type of thing.

I think that is what "Misc" is for.

You can debate on any topic you want. If it doesn't have to do with anime or video games then ya it should go in misc. Though if it portrays to a thought on some anime it would probably go in general as long as that anime dos not already have it's own subforum.
