Hi everyone
Thanks for your patience. After I sent out those PM's I sort of dropped off the radar for a bit. Anyway, from now on the bulk of our planning and collaboration will take place in this thread. For those of you just joining us and wondering what is going on, refer to http://www.animeforum.com/showthread.php?t=88429
I think posting videos is a great way to start off sharing our ideas. If you arent comfortable with showing yourself feel free to just post an audio clip. Lets set some guidelines so we can keep the process as streamlined as possible.
A) make sure you host your vids/audio on a fast, reliable service. dont make us jump through hoops to access your work! Youtube and soundclick are great options for video and audio, respectively.
B) either I or gandizzl will keep a master file handy with everyone's most current work on it. Make sure you always have the most up to date project files, you dont want to go through all the trouble of recording the perfect take only to find that the rhythm section decided to play something else.
C) updates updates updates!!! Keep us updated on your activity via this thread or through private communication with someone you are working closely with. If you are using the latter, make sure you fill us in later on what all transpired.
D) Those of you who are old enough/have parental consent/laugh in the face of online predators, PM the other contributers any contact info you are willing to communicate with them by (instant messenging, phone, email, smoke signals). In case I havent drilled this in yet, communication is key!
E) Above all, have fun!
the above guidelines will DEFINITELY be updated often as we encounter obstacles along the way.
