People use both sides of their brains... All of us do. To be determined as "Left Brained" or "Right Brained" is rather pointless. Not to mention these online quizzes are always so poorly put together and seemingly answering one or two questions in a certain way always give you the same result not matter what else you answer; on top of the fact many times, there isn't even a suitable answer to choose, and one is picked for the sake of picking the least undesirable.

About even. However, I really doubt and question 25 "more or less this or that" questions accurately reflect a person's brain usage, since it doesn't test that. It simply scores based on what you choose, and many people are never really honest with themselves on such answers, and usually pick choices that are more of what they perceived themselves or want people to perceive them as, and less of what the don't.
