If I may (maybe I can't) ulquiorra's face seems a tad elongated. One more thing about faces is that when you draw eyes there has to be a line that guides them parallel to the bottom of the face. His eyes in your picture are lined up with the page, not his face. (sorry, I'm just trying to help) Otherwise it looks great, I can't draw things too well so I'm impressed
