A woman is suing an Egyptian hotel claiming her daughter got pregnant - from using the swimming pool.

Magdalena Kwiatkowska's 13-year-old returned to Poland from their holiday expecting a baby.

Magdalena believes the teenager conceived from stray sperm after taking a dip in the hotel's mixed pool. She is now seeking compensation from the hotel.

A travel industry source said: "The mother is adamant that her daughter didn't meet any boys while she was there.

"She is determined to go ahead with the case."

Tourist authorities in Warsaw, Poland, have confirmed they received the bizarre complaint.

Several.

#1: For sperm to even survive a few hours in water, the temperature has to be just right. Not too cold, and not too hot. Considering this took place in Egypt, I'd imagine the water to be too cold. As such, the deed would have to have been done whilst she was in the pool at the time.

#2: Sperm are only microscopic, and as such, the average swimming speed of sperm is 8 inches per hour. If the deed were done while she were swimming, then it would have to be done right next to her. Otherwise, taking into account the temperature and chemicals would kill the sperm in a matter of seconds, it is unlikely that the sperm could swim far enough before dying.

#3: Swimming in a pool does not open the vagina. It will remain closed. As such, there is a low chance of the sperm entering.

With these in mind, it's much more plausible that the girl had sex, and that the mother either doesn't know and trying to block out the idea that she had sex, or she knows and is trying to avoid embarrassment with more of it.

Well, actually, they do like colder temperatures. Guys keeping a warm laptop in their lap all day long exhibit lower fertility than guys with well ventilated nads. Which indeed seems to be the reason (Not safe for Work / School), they are on the outside of the body in the first place.
