Live action list!

Could someone find a list on confirmed live action movies of anime?
Might be hard but it would be nice to have it. I will edit this post to show the list and add to it as more are confirmed.
Just a little something for us all so the AF members don't have to go searching around.
Also anyone hear anything soild and maybe not confirmed on the bleach llive action? I am not sure if that one is even real, because I am lazy.

One that wasn't on that list was Avatar. The live-action film of Avatar: The Last Airbender will debut sometime in mid 2010. It's being directed by M. Night Shyamalan, so you know it's going to be awesome! Here's the imdb link:
