I Guess ill start a drawing thread since lately i've kinda not paying much attention in class XD
My style is more of Mechanical drawing and Biomecha. But recently i decided to go more "Human".. well villain style

Anyways here we go.. Comments, critiques, harsh language, praises and most welcome :P

Well at first when i looked at the first two pictures , i was like okay.
But damn , the third one , it just says that you got raw talent , pure talent. I am sure if you work hard on each of your drawings , you'll make some mater pieces that i am willing to watch.
The second one , the work on clothes is really well done , thought of mentioning it.
Awesome job , keep it up all i can say. Keep practicing.

Im aslo pacticing hairstyle by drawing more "strandy" then the more common "anime chunk" (use to much gel lol) but still mantain the wild hairstyles of anime

Been doing this one for the pass week and finally its done
She's my tribute to the game Virtual On Cybertroopers Oratorio Tangram.
i think the original game (Virtual On) was out when i was like 3 yrs old lol
never really got to play it but i really love the character.
Using pencils, color pencils, black pencil and cleaned with PS

Hey Animeforum, its been long. I guess ill share some of my old stuff here
I kinda miss those days where you will spend 1/2 a day drawing, ignoring everything around you. Nowadays my sketchbook is just lying there collecting layers of dust

^^ 3 yrs ago i was playing priston tale and i drew a fan art for them and won 3rd place!! i wish i put in more time coloring and finishing up the pic, but i never did
alot of discoloration and paper linings of this sketch so had to really clean with Vuescan

Thank you for your comment!, to me details is everything, shows out one's style and ability but it can be tedious too if too much detail is concentrated on one area while neglecting the rest

Wow! you drew it by pen. I'm never successful on drawing with a pen, I always mess up. However...~ I think the nose or the lips need more aligning (to make it look like it's the best ), you should also put more details in the face.

Rodyno > To me details is everything, its what tells a story and shows inspiration. From every single screw to every trace of wiring, from the design of the clothes to every hairpin, ear stud you can find. It takes up alot of time. Definatly i would work more on the face. Either its too pointy or maybe just doesnt look appropriate hehe

よし > I like using ball point pen to draw, it has that soft feeling when the tip of the pen touches the paper unlike mechanical pencils or pencils. You shld try it too. Get something slighty more expensive then your ordinary lecture pen. If you're afraid of ruining your art, draw in a slow pace at start, build up confidence as you go, sooner or later you have not worries on drawing with a pen. I think my weakest point is the face, seems like i only like doing the hair and neglecting the rest, I'm pretty bad with the nose too seems funny if the picture is heavily detailed but lacks details on the face. Ill defiantly work that out thanks!
