I was talking about how childish it was. You can have sex and still be childish about it -.-'
I personally think that dating in early teenage years is just a way for us to blow time and and not to be lonely. I'm 14 nd have never dated and don't want to but I can't tell my friends not too. It all depends on the people. Almost non of them ever last though.

I find that to out right deny Teens to date and have relationships is foolish.
teen love? it really annoys me how many people think that getting engaged @ 16 will last forever...
im sorry but you can't get married in america at 16 without parent consent, and why would you want to anyway? Why spend your teen life married? the same thing with the having kids
in your real world life you will most likely either, get a job, go to school, club, have fun, live your life before you have to settle down and raise a family.
why the heck would you want to settle down through 11-17??? insane. even at 18. 19, and 20
i just think teen love is mostly lust, and infuation...and to the teens who want to settle down early....i wish you the best of luck...you have no idea what your getting in to

Yea...It's foolish when teens say "Oh yea! I plan to marry you in.... 16+ years later!" or something because you wouldnt know what will happen in the future to stop that. Even if you do get to be engaged... you wouldnt know what will happen until the time both of you speak the words, "I do.".
But it isnt foolish to date in your teen years. I mean, yea sure you will think about it later saying how dumb it is... Although the thing is, it happens. It always happens. You do stupid things now and realize it later... the whole point is realizing it. At least you realize it was stupid. Just like if you were in your teen years and realized how dumb of a kid you are back in Elementary, same thing.
Thats why I don't mind. It's not wasting time. In life you learn and realize things and stay with what you believe is right. And if it is wrong, its up to you to fix it because its your life.
In a relationship, its up to the couples to keep it going. You don't have to be totally tied down and all. That's what most people think. But mostly, teens want their significant other all the time. Thats what ties us down the most. But if your significant other isnt like that all the time, then that's good. Thats what I think you should aim for. No one should stop you to do what you want to do.
And I seriously dislike it when people like my ex who 18 of age label each other like, "Oh you dont know what a long term relationship is! Only I do! You like casual!"
I can speak the same for him. =/
Plus... you can't help it. By the time puberty hits, they know basics of relaitonships.... -shrugs- Its bound to happen. Human nature, when a girl has a crush on a boy and vice versa. Its because they're old enough to realize. If they made mistakes, its their bad. Least you have experience and make the better out of the bad.
