On a less sarcastic note, that filler is the reason I switched from anime to manga, once I found out it continues until February.

Ok things that should never happen in bleach (but probably will)

That bounto koga will show up again to save soul society from aizen once he makes the kings key and invades heaven, along with Ran Tao who manages to finally break the seal on her powers

 

all of the shinigami who have lost their zanpaktou get kicked out of their squads and have to live in rukongai, or have to undergo some kind of secret soul society ceremony where they have to go inside themselves and find some trace of their zanpaktou and help them back to life to regain their powers, and it takes like 3 episodes/character for everyone to succeed.

and of course worst of all

 

all these terrible things happen, karakura town gets destroyed, aizen kills the king of soul society, while destroying all of the shinigami, all that's left is ichigo and his vaizard mask is almost completely broken and aizen hasn't even released his bankai. All this while orihime watches on being held back by Gin. Ichigo does a super powered up getsuga tensho, but still looses, aizen kills him. Orihime freaks out, i mean snaps kills both Aizen and gin with her "solitary cutting blade" (sorry I forgot it's name) then while running over to Ichigo's bleeding destroyed body she starts glowing, and with her god cancelling powers envelops earth, hueco mundo, soul society, and "heaven" and brings everything back to the way it was! everyones alive ichimaru, Gin and Tousen never turn bad, and none of them know that they were ever in soul society or anything

Ichigo actually finds out that his father is a shinigami, and is actually many times stronger than he is and was once one of the personal guards to soul societies king (how else do you explain his strange uniform)

Tatsuki, Ruki, orihime, have a full on catfight over Ichigo

and and well I can't think of anything else right now that hasn't already been said
