I like the little pen tool line in the bottom center, for some reason. It might because it destroys the separation of stock/extraction to effects. =3

This was practice for: 1. tablet colouring (It was a black and white sketch yo) 2. Pen shapes 3. Dotmyztick's way of the leet. I am honoured to be a disciple. XD

A lot of your foreground effects tend to be blurry, you also don't seem to add anything to the BG. I like your coloring though.

Yup yup. Pure pentooling (plus the liquefy filter for some of the lines and a couple of brushes for the clipping masks. But mostly pentooling. Mostly. XD ) I'm really glad you liked it. You're very very welcome. ^-^
