Which Anime/Manga is She From?

I've seen this picture and others with a similar style a few times on photobucket, but I've no idea what series it's from. Does anyone know?

I'm not totally sure,but I think it's from a hentai game called Izumo 2,because this one is from that game and the drawing style looks almost the same...

From the letters on the picture, I see the character is Kanzaki Arisu from the adult visual novel DOUBLE released by Cherrysoft (which, unfortunately, seems to be a rather obscure title, because Cherrysoft has gone out of business in 2004).
