Time is something no one can ever completely control. So, the time we spend with the ones we love should always be treasured, because you never know when that time will come to an end. *Tsuki*

Time

Never failing, always moving,
there is no escape.
Through the magic of time,
we are pulled apart.

It went by so fast,
the time we had together.
I wish it had been longer,
so I could've spent more time with you.

I can't forget your face,
your smile or you laugh.
Though my memory fades,
my heart remains clear.

Like a transparent window,
I can see my feeling for you,
are as strong as ever.

Because time is neverending,
and my feelings are the same.
The love I feel shall not fade,
even if my memory does.

A glass heart is truly pure, and easily broken.
So when you see my heart,
will you shatter it, or hold it gently?

Our time may have passed,
but there's more time in the future.

I'll see you again someday,
we'll spend more time together.
Then I will tell you,
I love you.

Hmm, this is all true because you truly never know when it will come to an end. Could be anytime, anywhere. Anyways I found the poem really good and I loved the topic you based it on. Nice work Tsuki =]

Wow that was pretty amazing. It's funny how some people try hard to rhyme and make a good poem, but you can make a more amazing poem without any need to rhyme. That was actually so amazing, probably one of your best works. I like the image about the broken heart it was sweet. Haha I think you should think about doing this for a living, seriously.

@Sigma: Well, I guess it's hard for me to make a poem rhyme, so I just write, trying to make emotions shown. I'm glad you liked it so much, though. The idea's been in my mind for a while now, I just couldn't put it in to words. Or, whenever I tried, they seemed wrong. But, this poem kind of just . . . came to me. It's weird, but I started writing, and this was what happened. I didn't even edit it that much . . .
Although, I don't think I could write poetry for a living . . . I'm not as good as other people on here, like you. >.<
