Your thoughts right before you sleep?

my last thoughts before sleeping...

"Argh that homework's due in tomorrow, isn't it?!"

But then I'm gone. =P And I always have a way to get it done before going to school. Yay xD

I think of a lot of random things, mostly about this site and what I did during the day.

Well for me it kind of starts with, 'So what will it be tonight?'

Then based on whatever I was doing last, whom I was conversing with, what happen throughout the day, what I spoke about last with another individual, or whatever in the world it is that I am contemplating on.

It varies.

But we are human, so it happens.

So most of the time for me, it is just random.

I usually lay and think about how my day went. I think about the ones I love and care about. I think about my family and friends and the boyfriend. I sometimes lay and play with my cat till she gets tired and starts purring in my ear, then I smile and possible laugh a little and finally fall asleep after about an hour of thinking.

I don't think anything at all, not a single thing, before I go to bed except the desire to sleep. I'm usually exhausted before I take a nap and it only takes a few moment to fall asleep.

Though sometimes, when I'm not at all feeling sleepy, I just listen to a calm music or just some dull news, which is enough to bore me out and make me fall asleep. Thinking only makes it much difficult to sleep.

I'm an insomniac so my mind tends to wonder and what not. I normally think about what happened throughout the day, what was good, what could have been better, things I did... and then I think about the next day and if anything is planned... then I think random things from the past, then I get agitated I can't sleep and then start thinking about song lyrics or anime I've watched or a book I've read, steadily getting myself worked up in anger that I can't sleep and thus further preventing it ^^; Yeeeah.

I usually plan out what I'm going to do tomorrow in my head, and think about he important stuff. The last thing I think about is whether or not I'll be able to sleep well, since i tend to wake up most of the time.
