Luffy, of course. He's usually very joking and carefree, even when fighting, but we've seen what he's done when he was truly angry against Crocodile, Bellamy, and Baron Omatsuri in the 6th movie.

luffy, dont mess with the hat or the crew members or you get his rubbery warth that sends fokes flying.
I agree with @Gjallarhorn. Truly Luffy gets really pumped up when angry. But this goes as well for other characters, but compared to each other Luffy takes the first price. The only strange thing is when facing bad guys, even though bad guys get angry and more powerful as well, they are bad guys and they are meant to loose from the Strawhats...

Definitely Luffy. Did you see him in the 6th movie?! He right out pwned Baron when he got mad. I've seen other characters get mad, but not quite like Luffy.
