so far its going good, i run a few kilometers every morning, and i also do some situps, pushups and squats every day. i dont know if it does any change so soon but it feels good and i know its good for me, so i dont worry too much about that right now ive looked around and talked with some people and i dont know if i will go back to gymnastics or if i will start swimming (since its summer and i love swimming in the summer) or maybe try boxing, or if i should try judo or something like that.
I wish I could say I did more.
I used to run a lot a couple years ago.
Now I do basic cardio workouts about once a week or so.
Not near as much as I should.

If you're new to this and youre thinking about creatine, please please message me because you should be informed before you use things like creatine. If youre wondering how I know all this, a friend of mine and I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of people before we started working out. We still always work out together. I also took a course that was offered in high school called Exercise Science which was basically a kenisiology course.

Yes, I do. I haven't go to the Gym lately though.
I am nowhere near Takizawa in excercise. I did some running yesterday and all I could run for was about 20 minutes but it was sprinting. I ran even faster because I saw some pitbulls. It was a bad day.
