Odd/foreign meats?

Have you ever had any foreign meats? Ever wanted to try any? Or do you just want to try some out-of-the-normal meat?

I've always wanted to try bear, and horse. No idea why, but it just sounds good.

Hmm... Does bison count? I had a few bison burgers out in Manitoba, and they are extremely delicious. Drier than cow meat, but so much more leaner and tastier.

I've had bison and bear. Both are yummy. My uncle has a bison buffalo farm.
I love halibut and salmon, cooked, fried, and even raw. Those are foreign fishes I've had that I love.
I've always wanted to know what a guinea pig tastes like, they are a common meal in argentina in the mountains. I love guinea pigs as a pet, but I wonder if they are any tasty like squirrels and rabbits. XD
You know what meat is the best besides fish for me? VENNESAN! Especially Vennesan sausage! I love eating bambi!

Call me crazy, but I've always wanted a gopher burger, with a leg of ostrich on the side.

The only foreign meat I'be eaten is goat. It was tough and chewy, but not unpleasant. It just tales some getting used to.

I'd like to try emu - we have a farm up here that raises them, but I've had no luck in getting hold of any of their meat, sadly. My dad's had emu jerky and says it's delicious, though.

I felt frog legs tasted exactly like chicken.

Horse flesh (in raw slices), bear (my relatives from Hokkaido once sent me and my cousin a kilogram of bear meat), kangaroo (jerky), deer and impala (in Africa).

HK is definitely a place where you can really work out your taste buds.

I have had a lot of random foods before, but not really much in pertinence to the lot of you.

I have had bear before and I thought that it was all right. It was really chewy and gristly though. Not so sure if I would want to eat it again, but if I had to survive on it, I guess I would.

Also, venison is all right, but at the same time, it is not something that I believe I can eat with it being on its own.

Just random stuff such as that.

I actually never been to HK. My friend goes there all the time and always brags about how he devoured another legged creature. What I can remember from the top of my head was snake, chicken legs, scorpion, chicks, balut (fertilized duck egg), dog, crocodile/alligator, and the list goes on.

It would be interesting, but after hearing a professor's experience and cruel graphic preparation of the struggling animal in front chained under the table.

Koala looks like it tastes pretty good. I have to admit I would feel bad for having a cute marsupial on my plate, but if it tastes good, how can I refuse?
