Female voice actors do most of the young characters in the Japanese dub of Naruto. The only exceptions are Sasuke and Neji, as far as I know.

Most young male characters are voiced by females.

How is that not cool? As long as the dub sounds good, it could be voiced by Osama Bin Laden for all I care.

Indeed. Naruto Shippuden will be shown on Disney XD in October. Cartoon Network was a choice at first, but they have decided to get rid of the anime (with the exception of the anime on Adult Swim) and focus on their own shows.

Disney XD is geared towards boys 6-18, and in the the evenings, the shows are geared toward teenage boys, so Naruto Shippuden will fit quite well there.

I expect the editing to be pretty much the same as when it was on Cartoon Network.
