lol, I read the title as "Smurf Photography". xD
But the pictures came out fantastic! What kinda camera do you use? Also, were they taken in black and white or were they converted to black and white?

I was shooting with my canon Mark II 5D with my 85mm F1.2 L. I shot in color but quickly switched it to black and white
That 85 1.2 is one amazing lens ne? Great shots, I don't often see that glass used for any action photos, but its always good to see what it can do. It's one of my favorite pieces of glass to work with.
My only suggestion, is maybe try a color filter for the black & white conversion? Maybe with a red or a green filter you can get a more interesting feel in the b/w.

Well this was kinda like a last minute change. I chose b/w because i did not want to go into extensive post procession when i just wanted to put them up.
I chose the 85 because the aperture really gives a nice boque to each photo and kinda gives the feel to a tilt shift lens.
Very cool photos! I have to agree with Ace on the color filter though... If you want to do it in post process, you can get a similar effect by doing your B&W conversion through the Channel Mixer instead of just desaturating the image or converting to greyscale. If you use the channel mixer, you can choose for yourself how much of each RGB channel gets inputted into the new greyscale image.
Were these images the original crop out of the lens? You got them framed in quite close for an 85mm lens! Great job...

I was shooting with the canon marl II 5 d which has a 21.1 mp sensor. Yes it was cropped but because of the mp it looks fine
Oh yes, you definitely have a lot of room to maneuver with that body.

5Dmk2 and 85L? One more person to rob one of these days xD You should post-process your photos more though, some of these really need contrast/tone tweaking.
In need of a dose of ARIA.
In need of a ticket to Neo-Venezia.
Ivanova is god.
nice pictures its kinda romantic nice!
Dumping some more
Beautiful pics
The surfur one's that were shot automatically looks so professional, however the one's you took on people's backs have no emotion, and no fluency towards nature, make more emotional, maybe ask them to pose for the camera, that's the best part on photography.
Overall positions is not bad, you have those down, that's the only constructive criticism I have for you.. And add a bit more color to it to pop out as well. I encourage you though to as people to make poses though, the people just behind the back just doesn't seem emotional enough. But overall they're professional, and keep at it!
