Black Lagoon, Live Action.
The story is simple enough, the anime is action packed, it can be done for under 100 mil and still be good.
The problem is Black lagoon is not as well known as some of the big hitters, which most of them, would either be bad live action adaptations, or just cost too much money for it to happen.
