X-Men Origins Wolverine. What do you think?

I just watched the movie today and here's my verdict:

Plot - 3/5
SFX - 4/5
Acting - 3/5

Hands down to the fight scenes and character intros... (I loved Gambit's intro with the stick). There were some really cliche shots in the film, also some cheesy lines. It didnt really offer anything new apart from the usual anti-hero premise but it is WAAAY better than Punisher. A bt less than Hulk 2.

Also, I was happy Wade Wilson (aka Deadpool) made an appearance! *squee* There was a time I was reading Deadpool comics and thought they can NEVER do Deadpool justice... But you know what? Ryan Reynolds actually kinda did! (but of course, he only had a couple of minutes on air, I still have my fingers crossed).

(uh, can't say much for Will I.Am., though He kinda cluttered the casting for me. He was distracting. T_T)

All in all, it wasn't a bad film... It was okay in terms of plot and structure, the sfx were superb but I get the feeling that I'm not very satisfied when I left the theaters.

i liked it. hugh jackman plays a great logan. however, contrary to my expectations, it was much different from the marvel comics presents : weapon x. im curious as to who the next movie will be about.

Love the action sequence. More screen time for Gambit would have been cool. I find it funny that for the 30 seconds of screen time, diamond skin girl gets to be on the official movie poster...

I saw it, and was blown the freak away. I loved the movie but I dont normally like superhero movies. I only saw it cause a friend wanted me to go. she, like a jerk, fell asleep.lol

This is a movie I really want to see.
Some people have said it is very bad, and some people have said it is very good. So... personal preference, maybe?

Ummm not being a critic or anything.. but the "Diamond" skin girl (though ive only seen in a couple commercials) is actually Emma Frost..

I have been wanting to see this movie and I have heard from my friends that the movie can be described in one word "epic". I will probably see it sometime this week with a few of my friends and then I can properly rate it.

I don't think I'll be going to see it in theaters. Sorry, but the previews I've seen just don't interest me, and I'm an X-Men/Wolverine/Deadpool fan. I might rent it or wait until my sister buys it, because I know she will, and then borrow it from her.

im in a pickle trying to deciding if im going to watch it tonight. most ppl r saying its an ok movie. i heard the cg doesn't look very realistic.

Not bad but I was a bit disappointed. Wolverine worked well as a central focus but I expected more from the others and it would have made it better if they were explored a bit more even if it wasn't technically a supposed to do so.
If anything stay till after the credits and hope you're in the right theater.

I really liked it! However, at times it seemed they were trying to make it TOO awesome and kick-butt, and the result was... kinda funny. But for the most part I thought it was great. Could've used more Gambit, though.

The ending made me sad.

I enjoyed it. I think it needed more Deadpool. I don't know if that end fight was actually against Deadpool, or if he was some conglomerate and Deadpool is still out there. I hope that wasn't all there is to see of him.

This guy they have playing Sabertooth was excellent in my opinion, much better than the wrestler from the first movie.

Also, it needed more Gambit. Gambit should have been in the other movies. Oh well.

ok, i understand that you people love comic books, superheroes and all that, but jesus christ, how can you possibly say this is not a piece of garbage without looking away and rubbing your neck? this movie is action for action's sake for the most part, and when it isn't, it's like watching a bad 24 episode - you just keep waiting for something to happen. and yeah, if this wasn't a prequel and wolverine died here, i really don't think i would care that much.

Hope you were in the right movie box. From what I heard there were two different after credit endings hehe... And one of them was chu chu cu *whispers*

I'm surprised a lot of people liked it. I dunno. I kinda did... But I've forgotten it the moment I stepped out. I mean, I didn't cringe throughout the movie (that's a good thing I guess) but it didnt leave me a lasting impression...(except that I suddenly began to download Deadpool e-comic collection upon returning home... Which is baaad because I went to see a "Wolverine" film.)

I think this one's for the rent.
