I really liked Gotenks. I loved the combo black and purple hair. Then when he went ssj, he looked like a hardcore badass. Too bad ssj3 is lame as all hell.

I think Vegeta is awesome, but he's a bit too short and since is just like a stretched version of him with cooler hair then I'd say teen Trunks.
My best looking Super Saiyans are Goku Super Saiyan 3 and Teen Gohan Super Saiyan 2.
