Red Faction: Guerrilla; Ostrich Hammer

Are you someone who isn't interested in Red Faction: Guerrilla? Well, you're about to be.

On April Fool's, Volition (Red Faction's developer) released prank video about adding an unlockable ostrich hammer to the multiplayer of their upcoming game. Now, they're adding it for real. You will be able to kill people with a very large bird.

More here. I didn't have any interest in the game before, but now I do. What do you guys think of this? Clever marketing, no?

While hitting people with a large bird is... interesting... it isn't really a selling point for me.

The Red Faction series has always been rather meh. I'll keep an eye on the scores, of course.

Yes... killing with birds is not very interesting at all. But i have licked some features of earlyer Red Faction games. Like in 1 were you shoot walls with explosive weapons and you can create holes to other rooms. i think that was genius. Now if only they would incorporate that in the new one.

Manhattan: Lolz on the sig. I am a huge fan of Ghost in the Shell. No the 1/3 boob shot did not persuade my glee to the pic. Although the hat did through me off at first. i thought it was a cotton ball at first.
