You're Favorite Game?

So my sister is 10 years old, and has been addicted to board games lately. She asks me like 5 times a day to play the game Life with her or Apples To Apples. So it got me this idea to make this thread.

I would like to know what is your favorite board/card/dice/etc. game, and what was your favorite board/card/dice/etc. game as a child?

My favorite board game is Clue, cause it is not like other board games in my opinion and keeps me entertained. I loved Clue as a kid, and I still do. Other games I enjoy are Uno and Apples To Apples.

Well I have always liked Uno and Tambola 'cause i'm a champion in both of the games and actually there are a very few games which let me win so as they are included in the list of such games they are my favourite!!! I even like scrabbla but mostly don't find anyone to play with me so unfortunately i've said adieu to the game.

Is that another name for/variation liar dice (like the game in the second pirates of the carrabian movie)? I play that a lot with my mates too, usually with amusing side rules. Almost always with alcahol. Great fun

More family friendly games I enjoy - various card games (one my mates called areshole, but I believe was also called some variation on 'rummy') and poker. Even though I suck. Honestly, strip poker+me=a lot of horror/disgust in the room.

I like chess too. That is possibly the most fulfilling game (though I would like to learn the random placing tiles to encircle the other guy game...)

My favorite game is and always will be Monopoly. There's no other game in the world that can make you feel like a millionare like Monopoly. I never feel poor, 'cause I never lose, I always find a way to cheat (lol). Even when I play monopoly on the internet, I restart the game if it looks like I'm gonna lose. Well, who wants to be broke?
