Well for all of those who are unaware of what exactly occurred
within the Law of Ueki Manga/Anime. Here is a very VERY brief
explanation of the History and a little history of the Rpg. I
suggest you Wiki it if you are unaware. Thanks for reading.

Manga/Anime History: God has decided that it's time to retire and
has chosen 100 celestial (Beings with super human abilities) to
inherit his position. Each Celestial is given 10 powers to give to
one Junior High school student. If their student beats all of the
other 100 students then the celestial in chage of that human will
become god.


Rpg History: It has been 20 years since Team Ueki not only beat all
odds but also all other teams and won the "Talent of Blank"
Tournament. Inumaru was accepted as a kind and loving god, he
showed very little fury and when he did it was only for the most
extreme of cases. One day as Inumaru was walking and chatting with
his attendant about their newest string of problems in the
celestial World he was attacked by a group of rogue Hellions,
Inumaru and his attendant fought as hard as they could bu they were
no match and lost. inumaru was beaten nearly to death and his
people were outraged all of the Celestial World seemed to be on the
brink of war. Until Inumaru, still injured, had a talk with the
Hellion King. They reached a peaceful agreement...for the Celestial
World at least. They would hold another Tournament but this time
the rules were different. They would send 30 Hellion Children, 30
Celestial Children and Grant 40 human children special powers. Then
on a given day they would pit them against each other in a
tournament of sorts. If a Hellion won, then the Hellions would rule
the Celestial and their world, if a Celestial won then the
Hellions would back down and never attack them again, but if a
Human won he would be given one Talent of his choice and also
decide the fate of the Celestial World. They would also send down
100 advisers to help the combatants.


Powers for Races:

Hellions: Peak physical condition (you don't have to work out to be as great as you want at physical fitness), Jingi and one Ability that your Adviser has.

Celestials: Peak Physical condition, Jingi and Celestial Energy Read below for Celestial energy explanation. Plus the fact that your already a Celestial you release your Energy in a much more refined fashion so lets say the human beside you has Celestial energy. With it he bench press 190lbs with your Celestial energy you bench press 220lbs.

Humans: You get one ability assigned and also Celestial Inner energy that allows you to even exceed Celestial in short bursts of power. Lets say you can bench press 120lbs by yourself, then with the energy you can Bench press 190lbs with little effort.



To put this simply:

Hellions: Jingi + Abilities (No Celestial Energy)

Celestial: Celestial Energy + Jingi (No Abilities)

Humans: Abilities+ Celestial Energy (No Jingi)

History: Born and raised in America Scott was an average student
but an excellent athlete with great amounts of stamina and a
willingness to learn exactly how to improve Scott was hailed as one
of the next great sport stars in the making. However when Scott was
informed of his involvement in the battle he decided to put his
future sports career on hold in hopes of solving this conflict.

RULES: I didn't state any cause I expect you all to know them but I figure might as well in case I run into some jerks I just put down some basic ones.

1. Do not god-mod. We all know what falls under god modding ex. auto-hitting, controlling others motions etc. etc. the works.

2. Do not use OOC info in game. This one just really burns me up please don't do it. This means lets say YOU the Rper knows my ability doesn't mean your character does unless I either explain it or you are smart enough to understand it.

3. Do not undermine my judgment. Just because I don't tell you what you don't want to hear don't start complaining I have my reasons.

And finally you will lose one talent if you attack non-combatants.
But if you beat a Combatant then you will be awarded one random

Ability: Creates Poisonous Blossoms[some sort of chemical comes out and puts enemies to sleep]. These blossoms appear because Silpheed turns the wind around Silpheed into blossoms.

History: Silpheed grew up in Kyoto. Silpheed lives in a Kyoto shrine and has been called the most beautiful of time. Silpheed parents died when Silpheed was young. Silpheed is now taken care of by her grandmother.

Appearance: Silpheed

Personality: Silpheed is wise, calm, gentle, sweet, caring, and kind. Silpheed prefers not have to solve things with violence, but Silpheed will protect herself if she believes she is in danger.

History: Alistair grew up in a war zone in an unnamed country, so he spent the early part of his life training. Once the war came to a end he was returned to america where he continued training till he got word of tornament he dropped everything in hopes of gaining the Talent of Blank for his sick mother who suffers from a disease with no "known" cure. However he doesnt allow those around him to know this, and acts on his own will stating that he fights because its his lifes goal to become the greatest fighting of all time.

Um Akira I have two problems with your power. First off it's impossible to stop time for 10 minutes, why? Cause if times stopped ten minutes cannot occur. Secondly that's WAY too powerful also you forgot to include the condition for your ability. The only reason Hollow Ichigo ever got his power like that was because it was show related and the condition is rather difficult, it drains stamina first off whenever he uses it and secondly it has another condition. Also Hollow Ichigo Celestials don't get abilities but I will allow you to have one, unfortunately you are now exempt from using your Celestial Energy anytime during the Rpg

Please select another and to be honest most of the powers in LOU involved 1 of 3 things:

1. Changing something into something else once the condition was met (Most common and easiest Conditions. Usually something like, it has to be airborn at the time or you have to hold your breath stuff like that)

2. Changing the environment around you or your opponent once the condition was met ( pretty much same as the first)

3. Brain-washing opponents once the condition is met ( The Condition for these was downright insanely difficult, Possibly you having to see your oppponent pick their nose. Don't pick this one, chances are you'll never get to use it)

History: Fitz doesn't remember where he is from, how he was raised or much else. He has very poor memory and it takes a while for anything to to settle in his mind. This leads to him forgetting names and faces easy. He doesn't know if this is something natural or if he was forced to forget.
He doesn't remember how he met his advisor. In fact he doesn't know why he fights only that he must. All he knows is that he is good at travelling about. He is prone to just standing about looking around as though he was remembering something. But he never does.

Being the big CEO of a company, it wasn't good publicity to have for the dad to have a hip-hop son trying to be the model ganster so Syphor was handed back over to his mother in Vietnam. Syphor's mom was very poor and worked for her father's small rice harvesting company. During one of his many 'running away from home' epsisodes, Syphor found himself singing and dancing carelessly right off one of the many cliffs in the area where they lived. While falling, his Advisor appeared and rescued him.
