It all depends on what "cannot be fixed". If it's a thing, it would be something like;
それは直せません (sore wa naosemasen)
Which literally translated means; That cannot be fixed.
lol 固定 (kotei) means stationary or permanent. For example, 固定客 (kotei kyaku) "regular customer", but in English you also say "fixed". Like; 固定資産 (kotei shisan) "fixed assets".
