Kurenai (Naruto) The wavy black hair & red eyes always get to me.
Roberta (Black Lagoon) Just loved the character in the anime.
Chizuru (Kanokon) Kinda bubbly but well-meaning & good looking. I liked how she progressed thru the story.
Caska (Berserk) I actually like the fact they didn't try to make her look sexy. Practical beauty, I guess you could say.
Aoi Sakuraba (Ai Yori Aoshi) She's kinda like Kasumi/Belldandy, just too cute in personality. You can't help but like her.

Rin (Mnemosyne): Something about her maturity and "natural" human behavior.
Suigintou (Rozen Maiden): Beautiful, but emo.
Madame Red (Black Butler): Amazingly beautiful, but also has a tragic past.
Males:
Ciel and/or Sebastian (Black Butler): Sebastian is older and sarcastic (as well as one hell of a butler) and Ciel is younger, but incredibly perspective. Plus his one eye is cool.
Teruki (Mnemosyne): Average teen guy, what can I say. I <3 him.

Well, Lum is very...womanly, compared to some of the other anime girls out there. I'm not that picky when it comes to anime, but maybe she's like Marilyn Monroe compared to Cameron Diaz. They're both attractive, but one is skinny enough to have a coke habit.
