For those who do watch soul eater, who would most likely be you favorite character and why? I'll start by saying Kidd (shinigami's son) because he is gunslinger for one and his OCD makes for a perfect comical relife

was already a zombie for the assignment thing. Lol, I guess Sid DID volunteer.

Anyway, I love Stein!
He's just an awesome character.
The badass, kickbutt version of Frankenstein.
The screw sticking out of his head is such an odd feature.
I love it. :D

Actually it was like the 4th or 5th episode where Prof stein was unknown so Shinigami sama sent then to fight him even though it was just a test and Sid volunteered to become a zombie for one of steins projects so yup thats how he became a zombie thing

and BlackStar is the best!

I perfer the manga. My favorite is probably black star for being so insane or kid for his ocd.

Soul eater is my favorite! I just love his character. I find him funny and like able. I just find it cute that he is "willing to die" for Maka. I don't know I just find it cute.
Second is Death the Kid. I find him to be the one of the funniest characters in the whole series. I just love how he freaks out about being perfect. It's funny.
But Black Star is also one of the top funniest characters in the series. I just love his hyper personality.
Then there's Dr.Stein, oh where should I start? Well I find him interesting, that's for sure. I find him to be one of the more unique characters. Well Dr. Stein, in my opinion, can be one kick @$$ character at times. But he can also be a very weird character at times too.

Death the Kid. He tries his hardest to be the perfect child and the second something ISN'T perfect, he spazzes out completely and loses his cool...contradicting his whole purpose in life. His utter fail in life is just too amusing to pass up. Plus...he's kind of really adorable. X3

Other favorites include Stein, Crona, Justin Law, and Spirit.

Prolly wont happen though, sadly.
Everytime I want a pairing to happen in an anime, it rarely does.
But I guess I have to keep watching until it ends
around (episode 50 something) or I can read the manga, but I can't stand the drawings.

Soul, I love his personality. He acts cool and all, but he is willing to protect the people he cares for. I like that.

Well, if you watched the subbed anime it was still kinda confusing because the subbers didn't seem to agree on one thing - some would call her "she" while others would call her "he". I always knew she was a girl, though.

As to my favorite character, that would have to be Maka. She's totally kick-***. I love school girls with large blades.

lool actually she was never referred as her daughter (prob mistake from the subbers/translators), just an offspring. people assumed she was a girl+ she refers to madusa as mother= people assume she's her daughter. the whole time the author was keeping us in the dark about her gender. I for one always knew she was girl, but there always people arguing about how i had no proof...and finally at the end of ch 60. ITS OFFICIAL!!! SHES A GIRL!!!

He was killed somehow, I just re-read the chapter, it said something about "Goddess of Freedom stuck on his forehead"


Ah well, my favorite character has to be either Excalibur (the little white thing used mainly for fillers) or Patty, since Patty's totally crazy and is great for comic relief, and Excalibur, well, just hilarious by himself. Wait, no, I can't help but to like all the characters, the manga-ka is great at making them all lovable in their own special ways C:

i have a mild OCD complex but his symmetry complex is so damn funny xD when he goes to Eygpt i think in ep 3 or 4 and leaves patty and liz with all the mummy's beacuse he believes the vases in his house arent symmetrical

The all time best character is Justin Law. He is the only death scythe without a partner. He ignores people while listening to music and is a funny character when he talks to shinigami. Why has no one else said justin!
