While I love Protoss, they're just too damn expensive, and take a long time to construct.
So I tend to use Terran.
And Zergs are always the best rush team, and they usually use them to win really fast.

So I tend to make a deal with my friends that we have a five minute start up time before we attack each other.
I remember going against my friend Protoss against Protoss.
It was on the Fastest Possible Map, and my GOD.
So many Photon Cannons, I barely made it through by mass constructing Reavers...
It was a long, and hard fight.

yeah im not good at toss at all. too expensive and slow. but they are much stronger unit for unit compared to Zerg. Terrin are kinda in the middle, their not too expensive nor cheap, and they are kinda in the middle as far as strength goes. i like zerg because of the quickness of the units being developed and how you can mass produce units quickly. also the stragety is fairly simple:overwhelm the enemy ^_^

I don't have too much time for Starcraft yet due to W40K (DC atm. No SS.). When 2 come out I'll be all over the Protoss and that awesome mothership.

I stopped playing money maps like fastest. Idk my race now b/c i haven't played in so long so iono what my races are. Well i usually do zerg now since that's seems to be strong. Zerg tbh is not always the best rushing. Other than the zerglings they're not great. Good micro and macro can counter that. Rush doesn't necessarily mean that you have to attack within the first 5-7 minutes of the game. A good 5-7 zlot rush 4 toss can be effective too (on non money maps). Plus when zerg rushes and you defend, they are behind sometimes because they don't have as many miners.
Terran is so much fun. You can do so many things with them like bunker rines n scv rush or you can block a choke by leaving a underconstructed building and pwn the dude . Ya i gotta get to play with you guys once my ISP can fix my problem =.=;;

I have StarCraft, but it got it back in 1998, and as such I've long lost the cover with the CD Key. I can still install it by typing random numbers, but I can't play on Battle.Net. Also, I'm too cheap to buy a new copy for five dollars.

Great game for its time. I played for a couple of years especially in 2v2 matches with my friends and guildmates. Protoss all the way. I am not sure if my account is still there. I thought that they deleted your account/name if you were inactive for 6+ months or something like that. Anyone know?

Honestly, how can you Toss players play them well? They take so damn long, are so damn slow, and take far too many minerals to sustain. By the time the Toss have some decently upgraded tier 3 units w/ templar and DA support, a Zerg player could have an entire map swarming with murderous insects and hatcheries everywhere.
