Any recommendations?

I've only been into watching anime for the past year or so, and I was wondering if anyone could make some recommendations of series I might like? I'll list some that I've already seen:

Elfen Lied
FullMetal Alchemist
Hellsing
Bleach
Grenadier

Anime I'm Ambivalent To:
InuYasha (probably would have liked it more if Kagome didn't exist)
Neon Genesis: Evangelion
xxxHolic
Record of Lodoss War

Anime I Don't Like:
Naruto

Since you liked Hellsing, try Trinity Blood.

Since I don't see any of the Dragonball series, ya got to watch the two series(I don't consider GT to be apart of the series) DragonBall and DragonBallZ.

Thats about it for now. I need to know your interests in anime in more detail before I can recommend anymore.

Based on what you listed you should try Code Geass. It's a lot like Death Note, to the point of being considered a clone by some, but it's a good show in its own right.
But really my advice really would be to watch a little bit of everything and find what you like. And since you're pretty new to anime I have to ask, have you ever heard of moe?

@ Lord Tsukuyomi: Alright, I've googled Trinity Blood and it seems interesting so I will definitely take a look at it, thanks! I didn't even really think of the Dragonball series when I was posting, but I saw most of DBZ and bits and pieces of DB when I was a little younger. I liked it, but I think I prefer Bleach.

My interests in anime are pretty hard to define. I like stuff that's a bit darker/serious/mature, with interesting plots. I do enjoy funny/silly things too, but it has to be done well in order for me to really enjoy it. I don't particularly like mecha-type anime - - I don't have anything against it, but the only one I've seen that I've found remotely interesting was NGE. I'm sure you can tell from my list that I don't mind incidental nudity either .

@ Theocletian: Bastard! sounds quite good from what a quick google search brings up, that's on my list as well now. Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan sounds... strange, but interesting, I'll take a look. Thanks for that! Beck and To Heart 2 not so much, I don't think (I'm only going on what the wikipedia article is telling me, though).

Another anime I neglected to mention that I had watched and liked was The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

I've heard from a couple of sources that Berserk is rather good, too, so I'll probably look into that one as well.

If youre into the more serious stuff you definately need to check out Gungrave -its my favorite anime there is (unfortunately it was put out by Geneon, so good luck finding the DVDs), Basilisk is another great one (its my second fave)

Moe is one of those things that people either love or hate, so I thought I'd check before I recommenced some shows. The wikipedia article kind of misses the point, but since you've seen Haruhi, Asahina would be an example of moe, although it isn't always that exaggerated. If you're interested, some good shows with moe would be Kanon (the 2006 version), Clannad, and Ef - A Tale of Memories. There's also a few that mix action and moe, like Shakugan no Shana and Zero no Tsukaima.

Just be warned, if you like it moe can be addictive, and can seriously interfere with your social life. Dangerous stuff, anime.
