Anybody know?

I'm having trouble finding a certain anime. I haven't seen any clips (just pictures) and the animation looks fairly new. Pretty sure it was 13 episodes long. Other than that, I know that it's set in a South American country - Brazil, I think - and the main characters are a two girls, one who looks maybe in her 20s and one who looks like she's 7 or 8. Anybody know what I'm talking about? Help is appreciated.
