Sasuke: Love him or hate him?

I 'unno him. He's a strange character. All " Avengeful " and the like. He seems to detest sakura, but not hate the Uzumaki kid as much. ._. So I guess the dude is okay.

I don't like Sasuke. I used to, but I hated him after he left the village. I mean, I can understand the revenge thing and I understand his quest for power, but he didn't have to leave the village and throw away his friendships.
One word describes a traitor and a person who doesn't care about people who care about him and that word is douche.

I don't like Sasuke either, and I believe it was set it up that way so that we can like Naruto more. And guess what, I do like Naruto more! He's funny, emotional, impulsive, all the things that Sasuke isn't. All that dude has going for him is good looks and some good jutsus, but I do like the way girls run after him though.

Sasuke~ I despise him because he's all avengeful for his brother on how he wants to kill him. And he's mean to Sakura :

he's all queit but sometimes he can get all serious I despise him because he's evil towards Sakura and when you get to Shippuden series you'll despise him even more because he's working for Orochimaru.

Personally I don't see all the hype about him. Sure, his Kekigenkai (I think they are called) is cool, with the whole Sharingon (sp?) thing, but otherwise he's just another part of the story to me.

Sasuke Uchiha honestly was an annoying char from the start.. always thought he was better than everyone, cocky, a crybaby.. lol what else am I missing? I know Naruto's a bit annoying, but he's the character I prefer liking over Sasuke. n.n

I kinda liked Sasuke originally, but since he left the village he's been really annoying. I must kill my brother! Wah my brother's dead! Now I'm gonna join up with the guy my brother sacrificed himself to protect me from and destroy the village he sacrificed himself to save. I'm an avenger!

This is how I see it:

Everyone, at SOME point in the series
(unless they were psychic) thought
Sasuke was a "cool" character. This
phase probably occurred during the
VERY beginning of the series when they
did not realize he was one of the most
annoying characters. At this point everyone
was convinced that Naruto was an idiot and
Sasuke was clearly a much smarter/cooler
character. All those people that did like him
so much (me being one of them) soon came to
find themselves hating him and waiting and hoping
he'd just die. That's how I see it.

Now; if you ARE one of those people who is
either psychic or can read characters easily,
you are lucky. The disappointment was too much
for me to handle...

I'm quite proud to say that I absolutely detested him from the very beginning. Just like I didn't like Naruto or Sakura. But I really, really, really HATE Sasuke.

And THEN he went to Orochimaru, who was even higher up my 'most hated character' list than the simpleton Uchiha which caused him to get the second place on my 'most hated character list' just under Orochimaru.

I don't count Sasuke as the main character. Personally I don't like him at all. As these main heroes. (akatsuki is way better). But he isn't very bad. He kinda looks like a gay, but is strong. Actually Itachi is better than Sasuke in my opinion and Sasuke won because Itachi surrendered .

To the main question: Don't love sasuke, better hate him

When I meant "He did what he had to do." He wanted to become stronger and powerful (quickly!). He did not believe (in his own mind) that the Konoha way was the right one. He wanted answers ASAP!

he found out Itachi was a good guy,

it's like he just needed to hate something ELSE to continue being 'bad'. It felt like he was just a character needed to be around to provide conflict for Naruto, ya know?

And sure, that's what all villains are supposed to be... but the effect he has was so skin-deep that I just had to roll my eyes when he said "Crush Konoha!! *whine whiny whine!*

He's supposed to be a huge conflict for Naruto (best friend turned bad guy and ultimately, big villain), but I just couldnt feel it. It has no conviction. His reasons are so immature (even HE said so haha) and soooo WHINY!

So yeah, he annoys the beegees out of me.

Sasuke doesn't bother me... Naruto and sakura's idiotic feeling of love for him is what bothers me. In all actuality, sasuke is my favorite character out of him, naruto, and sakura. He is the only one who has any sort of brain, and any mind to do things himself.

i dislike sasuke with great intensity. he's an idiotic, emo, who says he wants to revive his clan but ignores every woman that throws herself at him. his obsession with power is annoying as well. he's as much of a disgrace to the uchiha name as his brother was when everyone found out what he did.

Sasuke really pisses me off... its not just that he treats Naruto like crap, he constantly shadows himself from everyone that cares about him. Another reason is that he has a big head.. he thinks that he is better than everyone else and thinks that everyone should stay out of his way...
