understanding guys
you can do so many things for them and yet they still won't be happy with it. i mean i don't really get it at all. are us females the bad people here? guys are so strange to the point that i can't understand how us women put up with them. please post you comments here. please and thank you.

Not all guys are the same. Some are sweet and do things for girls instead. But some are just plain jerks.
I think guys think that they are all that and they dont really care what they have in front of them. guys make us girls look evil or something lol.
you know, the strangest thing here is that pretty much all the guys say the same thing about women.

its not that i haven't found him, its just certain things are always someohow in someway going in the opposite directions. i mean i agree that not all guys are mean to girls, i have a guy thats not mean to me. sometimes guys make us girls feel kinda misplaced or lost and other things like that. i mean i speak for all women when i say this but i us women can only take so much before we completely burst into anger and rage.

Guys are extremely simple. The disconnect women have with men is that they try to make them out to be much more complicated then they actually are.

But good guys are out there, you really just need to know where to look. Self-respect is one factor, luck is another.
Women are sometimes complicated, but we are all human, so it really cannot be that difficult to understand men. I believe I understand them pretty well, some more than others. Generally, both men and women want the same thing; to be cared about, understood, respected, given space and freedom, and to feel like they matter to you. It's not all that difficult.

As for your first sentence, I've also heard guys saying the same thing about girls of how they are not satisfied no matter what they do. If you notice that, then you should really start to communicate with him. Open your heart and nicely try to talk to him to pull the bond closer, and that will help the two of you open a topic. You'll never know his needs unless you really start doing something in order to know about him, and of course, same with guys who are in the same situation.
Same thing with guys, if you say that, then you should think about guys as well. I can also say that guys always hurt the girls' feelings. And guys are mostly being described as cold hearted and players. I'm not saying just guys, of course there are nice guys too. But girls and guys are equal, we can't say which of the guys or girls are better of worse...but it is mostly guys that hurt the girls' feelings...><;Girls always hurt us guys' feelings. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA yeah okay, guys are hard to understand. Keep telling yourself that. Guys are, by default, blunt. We say what we're thinking, and if we aren't then it's because we have no idea how the hell you're going to react to it. Why would we be unsure of this? Because somewhere down the line some chick, be they friend or family or even just some random stranger, went nuts over something they said in complete innocence. The only reason men aren't open and honest about whatever it is they're thinking is because they have had the fear of reprisal beaten into them over the course of their lifetime.

We're just as mysterious to guys as they are to us. I try my best not to use the "double edge sword" concept, so I always try to put myself in their shoes and try to understand why they seem so "clueless" in some areas. For example, most women use a different way of communication that sends mixed signals to a guy. One time, I told my boyfriend that I was cold, but in fact, what I wanted was for him to wrap his arm around me. Instead, he said, "Sorry, I don't have a blanket." If I were in his shoes, I'd say the same thing. They don't think the way we do. If I say, "You don't say you love me enough." And then they go, "Oh, but I do love you." Which we reply, "Now you're just saying it because I told you!" So, if you look at things logically, we're all in the equal playing field. Girls were taught to communicate differently and use paralanguage as a way to express ourselves, while guys just need things to be straightforward and blunt. I don't think it really hurts their feelings at all, unless you called them ugly or something.
In order to communicate well with a guy, be as blunt as possible. Don't use any "underlying connotations" that would make your words otherwise different. Nope. Straightforward, short and simple.

well, find out about each individual person. Don't put them all in this category of jerks and not jerks until you really know the person underneath. Try to take up a couple intrests that guys like and you'll learn even more. They're not that hard to understand if you're on the same level with the same intrests as them.
Also, girls are easy to understand. Not all are in love with Hollister and jewelry and crap. Most like other things as well, which makes them easier to relate to if you care enough to find out. If not, that's your problem. =P
The main problem is that people are always lumping guys and girls into some sort of character that all guys and girls are supposed to be like. If you're indifferent to that image, and you actually try to get to know a person, it goes a lot farther.
Instead of trying to figure out a huge bunch of guys, start with one.

I just think you chose an incompatible guy. Perhaps you were going for someone that was all "lovey-dovey" or something like that, but you may have gotten a guy that doesn't really like to express his emotions. So it might appear that they're not happy, but in reality they are, they just have a hard time expressing themselves.
As already mentioned, not everyone is the same. People are all different, and they all express their emotions in different ways. This is something you should usually talk about with your partner if you ever feel troubled. It's better to talk about it than burying it deep inside. If at the end, you still feel indifferent about the person, you can always find someone else. After all, there's a lot of fish in the sea.
