I'd probably use it. Not quite sure though.
I wouldn't make deaths so noticeable like Light did
by killing most people with heart attacks.
And I wouldn't kill tons of people like he did, either.

yes I would only use it but only on criminals that need to die and to get payback on what they did.

I would probably use it, I mean, everybody'll end up using it someday.

Just like Light, people will think of it as a joke and, just for fun, try it out and see what happens, expecting nothing to happen.
But when somebody then dies, you'll want to see if it was coincidence, and try again (just like Light did).

In the end, you find out it truly works and you'll get this idea of enormous power and how YOU will be able to make the world a better place, and you'll definitely end up using it.

That's what I liked so much about death note, because Light's reaction to the death note is probably very accurate to how we would react as well.

I wouldn't use it even if i hate someone that doesn't mean they deserve to die because i don't like them but i will keep it somewhere safe so that no one else with an evil mind has acces to it.
