Ok, my family eat our Christmas dinner on the 26th, mainly because the main food on the 25th is chocolate and eggnog. This isn't the issue though.
I bought our turkey on Monday, and just now took it out of the deep freeze to thaw over night, only to discover a nice crop of mold on the underside of it. I'm not feeding this to my family. All the stores are closed for the holidays--I can't get a new one.
What do you suggest I do for Christmas dinner?
